Characteristics
High purity: Efficient ingredient, more than 96%.
Cohesiveness: Remove slag just for one time, avoid of immersing other sundries into metal liquor, co***ring with the traditional slag remover which remove slag many times. The perlite sand can reduce the elevation of temperature time. Save time of process. Can decrease the amount of human labor and enhance productivity.
Bulk density: According to specifications (ZHY-1, ZHY-2), the bulk density is different, from 0.7-0.95(g/cm3). Less dosage, only account less than 30% of similar products.
Dust content: Even granule, avoid dust in usage, keep clean manufacture environment.
Moisture content: low moisture after proper heating up, avoid splash of crystal water under high temperature.
Low softening point: After the product was spread into metal liquor surface, formed cohesive membrane, which can wrap the slag. The slag can be removed efficiently.
